Beanie Sigel was reportedly shot this morning in South Philadelphia during what sources say was a robbery attempt. According to police, shortly after 8:00am, Sigel was cornered by 5 men in 2 vehicles, one man described as wearing jeans and boots opened fire. Sigel was struck twice in the arm.

The Philadelphia rapper reportedly drove himself to the hospital and is expected to recover.
